I focus on identifying what you need and responding to those needs using the most cost effective approach. This may include coaching one or more staff members to address the issue, working with you to identify solutions or providing options for the issue at hand. I’ll work with you to identify the most effective approach.
I offer tailor–made solutions, not a “one size fits none” response. Using a tactical approach to needs assessment, I’ll work with you to identify the key components of the assessment---what matters most/what will make the most impact. From there, I’ll work with you to assess what needs to be addressed now, what can be done next, what’s already being done well and what does not need to be done at all. Finally, I can develop and help you implement a plan to get you there. The extent of the collaboration we do is totally up to you.

I provide training sessions that meet the AODA requirements, but without wasting your staff members time on things they already know.
